Read MCP setup and the connection guide first. Use the project issue tracker for sanitized technical bugs only. Public issues are visible to others; never include keys, tokens, magic-link URLs, email codes, payment session IDs, or private collection contents. Keep email identities and other personal information out of public reports.

For a private account or data request, contact support@ezramcp.com. Forwarding through Cloudflare Email Routing to Gmail is configured; delivery, monitoring and response timing are not established by that configuration. Account actions require safe ownership verification. There is no general self-service export/deletion or promised completion deadline. Do not send credentials or proof URLs/codes by email.

Connection or sign-in failed

Confirm the route and the client's auth method. /v1/mcp uses API keys; /mcp supports OAuth when enabled on that deployment. An API-key snippet alone does not configure ChatGPT OAuth. Request a fresh account email code if a magic link has expired.

A collection permission is missing

OAuth reads require mcp:call collections:read, and creation requires mcp:call collections:write. Approve the needed permission through the first-party consent flow when the shared connection is enabled. Private collection access still requires its owner.

A daily or monthly allowance is reached

Check usage in Account. Free additional WEB calls are limited to 20 per UTC month and one per UTC day; daily denials reset at UTC midnight. Pro 10,000 and Max 100,000 ordinary calls reset at the start of each UTC month. All limits are shared per account. Replacing a key does not reset usage. Authenticated daily WEB and art, discovery and authorization failures are exempt. API-selected passages and the translation catalogue require a paid account.

Text or art is unavailable

Report the tool name, public reference or artwork ID, sanitized error, and client version. Loaded text coverage, staged mapping review, and prepared image availability are limited. A metadata entry does not mean an image is hosted, and not every passage has an artwork association.

Billing and account

Use Account to check entitlement or open the existing Stripe Billing Portal for supported billing actions. OAuth tool permissions do not grant billing access.
